Each of the above packages also includes pathological test, radiologiacal investigations , consultation from the physician, health promotion advice, and if any disease is detected then treatment for only the first OPD consultation.

Instructions for Registration for any of the above mentioned health promotion packages:
- The admission to the Health Check up is by prior appointment only.
- The appointment can be obtained personally at the inquiry counter, or by telephone, at least 48 hours in advance between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Phone no. 091-22-4449161/62/63/64 ext. No. 355.
- Cancellation should be intimated 24 hours in advance.
- The client needs to arrive at the health check-up department before 8:00 am on the scheduled date of health check-up.
- A minimum of 12 hours of fasting and abstinence from alcohol the night before is required. No food or beverages, fruits etc other than plain water should be consumed in the morning.
- Client need to bring sample of stool and urine while coming for check-up.
- Client needs to bring all earlier medical records.
- Regular medication can be taken. No diabetic drugs to be taken in the morning. Client needs to bring it with him/her, to be taken after the breakfast.
- Two breakfasts and one tea will be provided from hospital as the part of the package.
- Additional tests advised during the check-up are offered at discounted rates.
- The hospital will sent all the investigation reports to the consultant and arrange for the consultation time subsequent. The same will be communicated to client.
