Scope of Work & Responsibilities

  1. Patient Interaction & Regular Rounds
  • Conduct regular rounds in all wards, ICUs, OPDs, and patient care areas during duty hours.
  • Personally interact with patients and relatives to understand concerns, expectations, and service experience.
  • Provide guidance regarding hospital procedures, facilities, and services.
  • Ensure visible and proactive PR presence, especially during peak patient interaction hours.
  1. Patient Feedback Collection
  • Collect patient feedback through direct interaction, feedback forms, and follow-up communication.
  • Document feedback systematically and categorize it department-wise.
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and areas requiring improvement.
  1. Patient Grievance Collection, Handling & Resolution
  • Receive, document, acknowledge, and manage patient complaints and grievances.
  • Handle grievances empathetically and professionally, including sensitive cases.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments and respective HODs for investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Ensure timely closure of grievances and communicate resolutions to patients or their relatives.
  1. Coordination with Department Heads (HODs)
  • Act as a liaison between patients, departments, and hospital administration.
  • Coordinate with HODs to resolve service-related and operational issues.
  • Assist departments in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  1. Monthly Analysis & Reporting
  • Compile and analyze data on patient feedback and grievances.
  • Prepare monthly analytical reports covering feedback received, complaints, resolutions, and pending issues.
  • Present monthly analysis before the Patient Grievance Committee.
  • Track committee recommendations and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  1. Patient Transfer & Referral Coordination
  • Coordinate patient transfers and referrals to outside organizations or higher centres.
  • Liaise with clinical teams, ambulance services, and receiving institutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation, consent, and smooth handover processes.
  • Provide support to patients and relatives during transfers and referrals.
  1. Patient Experience & Quality Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for improvement based on patient feedback and grievance trends.
  • Share insights with management for service enhancement.
  • Support quality initiatives and patient-experience-related NABH requirements.

Desired Competencies & Skill Requirements

The proposed PRO should possess:

  • Strong soft skills with a patient-centric and empathetic approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentable personality with professional conduct and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Marathi, English, and Hindito ensure effective communication with diverse patient groups
  • Minimum 2 years’ experienceas a PRO in a hospital or healthcare setting will be preferred.
  • Experience in hospitals with a capacity of more than 100 beds will be an added advantage.

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Medication Safety & Monitoring
    • Review and monitor prescriptions to prevent medication errors, interactions, and incorrect dosages.
    • Identify, document, and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) and near-miss events.
    • Conduct medication audits and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
  • Formulary Management
    • Assist the Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee in drug review and selection.
    • Evaluate drug efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Clinical Support
    • Provide therapeutic guidance to clinicians and nursing teams.
    • Assist in dosage adjustments for pediatric, geriatric, renal & hepatic cases.
  • Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS)
    • Work with clinicians to support rational antibiotic use and monitor antimicrobial resistance.
    • Participate actively in the Infection Control Committee as per NABH 6th Edition requirements.
  • Policy Development & Training
    • Develop SOPs for high-alert drugs and medication management.
    • Conduct staff training on medication safety, ADR reporting & rational drug use.
  • Quality & Compliance
    • Support hospital management in implementing NABH standards under MOM & PSQ.
    • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for accreditation audits.

Full-Time Radiologist (CT Reporting)

Job Summary:

Shushrusha Citizens’ Co-Op Hospital is seeking a dedicated and qualified Full-Time Radiologist specializing in CT reporting. The candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely interpretation of CT scans and must be physically present within the hospital premises during assigned duty hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and report CT scans with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Conduct and supervise CT-guided procedures(as applicable), including interventional support where required
  • Ensure proper protocol selection, contrast administration guidance, and patient safety during CT procedures
  • Ensure timely delivery of CT reports to support clinical decision-making
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards
  • Coordinate with clinicians for clarification and discussion of findings when required
  • Adhere to hospital protocols, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • The radiologist will be required to provide emergency CT reporting beyond regular duty hours, as and when required

Working Hours:

  • Fixed duty hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Full-Time)
  • The radiologist must remain available within the hospital premisesduring duty hours
  • Punch-in and punch-out is mandatoryas per hospital attendance policy

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: MD in Radiodiagnosis
  • Valid medical registration is mandatory

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CT reporting and CT procedures preferred

Compensation:

  • Salary: Approx. ₹1,50,000 per month
